Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, grass, citrus, fruity, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, peach. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, tropical fruit, peach, yeasty, hoppy, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130826]

Earl Of Essex. Bottle. Hazy gold beer, good size head, very pale cream colour. Palate is light and crisp. Mild minerals. Super light yeast, nicely judged. Very clean and light hops, pine with lesser passion fruit and mango leading a pack of tropical fruits. Crisp and light finish. A fresh and delightfully easy drinking beer!

Bottle at the Croydonia Tasting - East Croydon. Thanks to Bruce! Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Nose of pee, brett, grapefruit and melon. Light sweet flavor with semi-dry tangerine, melon, mild brett funk, sweet oranges. Light bodied with average, moderately lively carbonation. Light juicy citrus finish with more grapefruit and melon. Very nice.
