Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Citrus, tart, yeast, and pine. The hops really come through. One of my favorite Saisons which is not a style that I normally enjoy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A yeast aroma that start this beer off just right. A cloudy straw yellow color. Big full flavor start to a drawn out experience of malts and yeasts and hops. Perfect refreshed palate begging for the next sip. A new favorite can’t wait to experience the rest of the offerings.

Cloudy, very light straw. Huge lime hop flavor, balanced by a delicate sweetness that yields a flavor strikingly similar to key lime pie. Further confirms Prairie’s world class status for me.

Prairie Standard may be a near perfect Saison. Bright yellow pour with a fizzy head which seems to reconstitute as you drink it. Nice aroma of lemony hops and just a touch of funk. Mouth feel is initially effervescent followed by balanced taste of lemon, hops and a touch of funkiness with a bit of peppery on the back end. Standard is a true joy to drink with lots of complexity.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2016 Pour is whitish yellow no visibility, with tons of foamy head and beading. Farmy yeast with spices, champagne, and floral hops. Dry with some spices, nice mild bitterness which increases with time. Not sour but lightly tart. Somewhere between a saison and a tripel for me. It looks like and smells like a wonderful saison, but has hoppy spiciness like a fine tripel. Radical beer!

Hoppy, light, fresh and delicious. Easy to drink and yet complex and almost Belgian in style. A wonderful burnt orange colour. Highly recommended! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma of spicy saison notes, tropical fruits, pepper and citrusy. Flavor of black pepper, mango, pineapple, mixed citrus and bready. Extremely crisp and dry. One of my favorite saisons.

Rating from notes, drank 19 Jan 2014 -- an Okie beer on tap at the Meddlesome Moth, Dallas! Man this is just what the doctor ordered for my hangover. This is a perfect Saturday morning beer, light and refreshing with plenty of flavor and assertiveness. Great Saison.

Hazy golden color with a large white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, lemon, earthy yeast, toast, spices. Taste of citrus, lime, pepper, yeast, toast, and a dry finish. Unfortunately drank this way too fast.

As titled, the standard. Buy it. Try it. Like it. Love it. It's a great simple ale with clean flavors and the people at Prairie Brewing really know what they are doing. Every release, limited or not, proves that. And this one does as well. Have fun and enjoy safely! A great farmhouse ale you won't soon forget. - pixels sent via Beer Buddy on iOS
