Draught @ Beer Temple Amsterdam. Black with small tan head that dissipated almost immediately. Aroma: big chocolate nose, vanilla, licorice, pipe tobacco smoke, coffee, dark fruit. Taste: dark chocolate, nuts, vanilla, chili peppers, roasted coffee beans, salty licorice, umami/soy sauce, molasses, dates, raisins, plums, Maple syrup, Graham crackers. Syrupy and chewy mouthfeel. Full body and roasted chocolatey bittersweet finish. Yes the cacao certainly dominates in this deconstructed Bomb.

PotjeBier (3994) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - MAR 16, 2018
Draught @ Beer Temple, not sure whether this is actually the same as the Chocolate issue. Black-ish color. No head. Aroma's: roasted, woody, chocolate. Retronasal it's sweetish, fruity, fruit-jam, light chocolate. Flavor is above moderate sweet. This too, deceptively easy drinking as the 13% doesn't show. Full bodied. Long finish. Expected it to be a bit more chocolate forward, but still nice.

dunklermessias (434) - GERMANY - MAR 14, 2018
On tap at Muted Horn Berlin. Comes with an almost black and opaque color with a lovely. creamy tan head (looks better than the nitro from tonight). Very nice nose of intense cacao, dark coffee, molassee and dried apricot. Taste follows the nose. Very nice body and a nice, cocoa finish. Silky and smooth mouthfeeling. Very well balanced, you wouldnt expect 13% vol.
