Darken pour with light tan lingering head. Aroma of citrus and funk. Taste is uber dry and hoppy with not enough wild yeast attributes. Tastes is slightly unbearable and it was really hard to finish.
750 ml corked bottle from Gambrinus. Pours a cloudy brown with a huge, rocky tan head that lingers. Woody, musty brett forward nose. Orange, hay and barnyard flavors on the palate. Big carbonation, and refreshing. Dry finish with more barnyard, horseblanket and some apricot that lingers. bytemesis (9631) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 8, 2016
Old B1 750ml C&C bottle, circa 2013. Pours quite hazy mahogany, large clumpy fluffy beige head, dissipates slowly with clumpy lacing. Aroma is interesting; funky, hints of mushrooms, faintly fecal, along with a tropical passionfruit undertone; perhaps overripe passionfruit. Flavor is definitely funk forward, full on basement must, mushrooms growing on wet wood, rolled up gym towels left in the crawlspace, hints of overripe fruit as well. Light lingering bitterness. Medium body, high carbonation. I like it :) zgaier (1979) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - FEB 24, 2016
Bottle. Pours black with a brown head and aroma of chocolate and yeast. Taste is chocolately, with brett, funk, yeast, and dark fruits leading to a spicy, cocoa finish. jjgmd (2316) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - FEB 24, 2016
Pours a dark mahogany brown color with a large tight foamy Java head. Nose is dark spicy malt with a trail of bittersweet hops . Taste is deep bitterness with some mild yeasty notes. Finishes on the same bitter tasting notes with a somewhat black malty licorice long ending. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Pours an opaque dark chestnut brown color with mahogany edges and a one finger beige head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Splotchy lacing left behind.
Earthy, funky aroma with resinous, oily hops, musty funk, zesty spice and a complex malt presence. Spicy anise and licorice along with grassy pine needle, pepper and roasted dark chocolate. Really weird with oak, chocolate, musty funk, earthy hops, peppery spice and roasted malt notes competing with one another.
Medium body with a slightly chalky mouthfeel and complex flavor profile. Dry and slightly musty with some farmhouse funk and prominent licorice sweetness along with peppery spice, dark roast and sweet malts. Kind of odd but has nice complexity with the galaxy hops and dark saison notes coming through. baraciisch (3474) - California, USA - APR 19, 2015
Dark black in color, thick foamy brown tan head... Aroma of citrus hops, roasted malts, earthy notes.... Flavor is fairly ashy and earthy, lots of burnt malts, funk, dry hop finish... Okay , not my favorite from them
