COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coconut Vanilla Stout. It’s about to get really hot outside. How about a cold glass of refreshing Imperial Stout. Yep, you heard that right. Brand new to our line up is Prairie Paradise. We took a stout, gave it a hint of vanilla and a good deal of toasted coconut and created one season defying, genre bending brew. Imperial stouts are usually thought of as a cold weather beer, but here the coconut and vanilla blend push the image of the stout into a year round, all season style. Prairie Paradise will be available exclusively on tap and in kegs.

Pours black with thin, dark head. Aroma is caramel, vanilla and coconut. Taste is sweet vanilla and molasses, moving to coconut and slight hoppiness, finishing smooth. A very good imperial stout.

Dark brown, no head, kind of grease on the surface. Aroma: hay, chocolate, vanilla, berries. Very sweet, full body. Malt, chocolate, berries, vanilla, maybe some hints of coconut. Hidden alco.

W tle czekolada i wanilia. Trochę rumu moje podniebienie również wyczuwa. Mocne, ciężkie, gęste, ciało super. Trochę alko ale nie przeszkadza jakoś wybitnie. Jeden z lepszych RISów jakie piłem w ostatnim czasie. Bardzo dobre.

Massive chocolate stout aroma with toasty roasty and boozy (rum or whisky?) notes. Dark as night, head dissipates to sexy lacing. Quite a big body, the coconut adds to the malty body similar to how oats might, silky but adding some weight. Thick, vanilla is there, reminds me of Ballast Point's Victory at Sea. Big, sweet, roasty, smooth. I must be a sucker for coconut and vanilla in a stout cause this isn't the first that floored me. I'd line up for a rum barrel edition.

[email protected], from Beer Republic. Strong, almost pungent nuances of licorice, bourbon and some oak. Coconut, vanilla and warming alcohol nicely on the background. Only a hint of roasted malts. Almost a bit parfymic feeling. Balanced. Wide taste spectrum and long aftertaste with licorice and some malts. Strong body with low carbonation. Overall, high quality product with successful implementation of coconut and vanilla. Could have more malty flavors dampening the sweetness.

Pours black with a moderate tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut, muscovado sugar, roasted nuts, caramel. Taste is chocolatey and roasted with prominent vanilla and coconut notes along with something akin to rum. Coffe towards the end. Mouthfeel is very smooth and velvety with just the right heft to it.

Jet black pour with a thin espresso head that fades quick. Aroma is very complex, sweet smelling, chocolate and vanilla right away. Huge thick mouth, syrupy. Taste is full of bitter chocolate and vanilla. Lingering sweetness from some coconut notes. Big time fudge notes and chocolate. No lace present.

Bottle. It poured a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma was of vanilla, coconut, malts and chocolate. The taste was similar to the aroma with more vanilla, coconut, malts, chocolate, booze and medium carbonation with a nice sweet aftertaste. Tasty.
