Bottle. Pours darkest brown to black with a medium tan head. Aroma of malt, booze, chocolate and nuts. Malt and chocolate flavor with a sweet pecan and slightly roasty finish. FraekkeFyr87 (739) - - DEC 10, 2017
The aroma is full of chocolate, vanilla, pecans, molasses and dates. The color is reminiscent of coffee. The taste is full of chocolate, vanilla, pecans, coffee, toffee, caramel, molasses and dried fruits. A nice and decadent beer! solidfunk (9440) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 7, 2017
Really has a pecan pie finish like paying the bill at the bakery. Black pour with oily consistency amd no head or lacing. Sweet finish with ending hint of roast, pecan and chocolate. Granola. Tap at Churchkey. Boutip (6562) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 12, 2017
Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium brown foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of sweet chocolate notes with some light vanilla and pecan syrup notes. Taste is also a mix of vanilla and sweet chocolate notes with light pecan flavoured syrup notes. Body is about average with somewhat of an oily texture. Not bad but end up tasting too much of flavoured pecan notes. jandorris (852) - Warsaw, POLAND - NOV 10, 2017
W aromacie masło orzechowe, wanilia, migdały, sporo slodowości. W smaku orzechy, wanilia, jakaś ostrość na finiszu.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2017 Bottle from Willow's Market in Menlo Park, CA. Aroma is nutty, vanilla, slight earthiness, slight booziness (maybe almost vanilla extract), mild chocolate. Taste is creamy soft vanilla with some mild earthy pecan, butter pecan (over time) and maybe some marshmallow too. Okay at first but becomes too much cloying vanilla cream and not as exciting / developed as the bomb series IMO. coachd (945) - Missouri, USA - NOV 5, 2017
Aroma is a bit off. I'm getting the pecans and vanilla but it comes across as fake. There is some roast, lactose sweetness and booze to balance it out. The taste alternates between sweet and roasty, very drinkable for the ABV. Great palate, smooth, dense and slick. Well made by Prairie. A bit sweet in aroma and taste, but they keep churning out excellent Imperial Stouts. kermis (14716) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 4, 2017

A quality stout. Aromas of nuts and vanilla, chocolate, earthy roasty tones. Tastes like it smells. Slightly sweet.. Dark chocolate. Could have used more pecan and vanilla
