COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Ale is our classic saison. We brew this beer with pilsner malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat, and cane sugar. A healthy dose of saaz hops are used to add a spicy element to the beer. Prairie Ale is fermented with a mix of ale yeast, wine yeast, and brettanomyces. Notes of black pepper and pineapple can be found in this beer.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2018 Pour is cloudy golden yellow with a lively head. Yeasty funk on the nose with some light fruit. Taste is grassy, flowers, a little malt, high carbonation. If I’ve just cut the grass in a big field and I’m sitting down with some cheese this would be ace.

lasage (92) - DENMARK - JAN 27, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 27, 2018 Flaske. Let uklar gylden farve. Luftig hvid skum som bliver hængende. Kraftig brus, højt kulsyre. Duft lidt gær agtig blomster citrus. Kulsyren dominerer til start, derefter blomster/citrus. Minder lidt om hoegarden. Fin øl, kan sagtens drikkes igen.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2017 Wow. Bottle from Indianola shop. Nose is strong and farmhouse delicious. Body is medium with head that lingers - off white and pretty thick for style. Body is about perfect and floral and hop bites are there with near perfect balance. Wow. Would do this all day.

Lonick (2537) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 2, 2017
Bottle @home (rating backlog). Pours yellow/golden, white head. Nose is brett, lemon and esters. Taste is very much like the nose, some lime and citrus fruits, sour and tart.

Flaska från Beergium. Prairie-provning. Blekorange med vitt skum. Skummar över något vid öppning. Oerhört mycket filmjölk i doften.
