Bottle. Light hay for the malt, light grass and sour lemon for the hops, moderate musty barnyard and dampness for the yeast, with a hint of vinegar in the background. Head is large, fizzy and big bubbly, white, with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is sparkling clear gold. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic, then the short finish is moderately acidic and sour. Palate is light, watery, with a fizzy carbonation and a very tart finish. On tap at Underground. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Soft hay and a bit of musk on the nose, a touch of lemon. Medium bodied, tart and crisp, bright lemon tones, lively acid. Possibly skewed a little bit as I’d walked about 3 miles to get here, through the hot mid-day sun, but this was amazingly good. Perfect hot sunny day beer. Bright acidity, a touch of lemon and pineapple, clean and crisp. Very refreshing. JulienHuxley (6000) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 19, 2017

Bottle from Brewfest Beverage. Hazy orange gold with ring. Fruity tart apricot light barnyard funk aroma. Medium fruity apricot fresh plum sweetness with tart mild funky barn and light bitter finish with some residual fruity tartness and sweetness. Nice but I wonder why many of these Berliners don’t have head.
