This poured a dark mahogany body with a pale tan head. The aroma was light - some toasty dark malts with a splash of runny chocolate syrup and a crushed nut or two. It seemed as if it had been diluted with water. One can taste more of the chocolate in the flavor and there’s a bit of smokiness as well. Okay.Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 7, 2007

On tap at StoutFest. Poured a medium brown with mahogany highlights and a light ring of off-white head. Aroma picked up soft, muted milk chocolates and some fruit skins.. didn’t carry much weight.. hint of vanilla too. Milk chocolate and tart fruit skins in the flavor.. odd combination.. decent at best. Odd tart feel throughout and I did not enjoy the flow of this one. Meh.
