Bottle. Not one of Prairie’s best, but still has a nice nose and body of soured citrus fruit and hints of of hay and grass throughout. Not super pronounced, but tasty and somewhat refreshing.

Hazy deep copperish golden under a head that’s initially large and rocky but subsides to a nice spotty cap. Earthy wild buggy sour nose that’s a bit calm and citrusy. Brisk citrus hop and buggy sourness and golden malt sweetness. A bit tart and full and golden malty and a bit of limey orange notes. Pleasant.

Flaska från Beergium. Prairie-provning. Ganska straightforward. Hade gärna fått ha större syrlighet i smaken för min del.

September 26, 2015 - at Craft (Islington) - keg draught. Slightly hazy amber-gold, very bubbly, with a decent fizzy white head. Light sour character - more a kettle sour - mild lemon, some lacto, quite sweet too; taste is funky/floral with extra lemon, background sweetness and alcohol. Average body, very strong carbonation which keeps the acidity down nicely - finishes quick and crisp, a little residual stickiness. Very drinkable.

Aromat intensywny.

Bottle, 07815, 50 cl sample. Slight gusher, hazy golden to amber color, medium quickly dying head. Aroma has lots of sweet bubblegum, slight funky leather and fruity orange. Soft sourness in taste, sweetsour candy sweetness, bubblegum. Medium to high carbination, not unpleasant though but still heavy on the stomach. It doesnt seem as refined as comparable beers, but I like it nonetheless.
