COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie-Vous Francais is a celebration of simple elegance. This farmhouse ale is brewed to be refreshing. We use barley, oats, and wheat to build a foundation for saaz hops and brettanomyces bruxellensis to play. You’ll find this beer to be slightly tart and a touch hoppy. Prairie-Vous Francais is one of our many farmhouse beers we hope you will love as much as we do.

6/3/2016 -- from notes: 750ml bottle, from Dutch's. Some white grape, pleasant funk, mild bready malt, touch of citrus up front. Nice effervescence. Lighter body. Kind of soft, lighter to moderate carbonation. Mild dry finish. Smooth. Mostly clear golden color. Thin white head. Some splotches of lace. Lighter bitter, lighter to moderate sweet -- more dry. Mild tangy tartness.

A golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, hay, spices, and bready notes. The flavor is crisp, dry, and quite a bit carbonated with some lemons, orange, and spices. The flavor is not overly complex but what do you expect at 4%? Overall this is simple and tasty and darn close enough with the carbonation to be perfect for ringing in 2018!

Hazy pale blond colour with lasting thin head. Fine carbonation. Aroma is very strong with funky farmyard Brett. Flavour is similar but less intense.

alteregoo (1865) - Kalisz, POLAND - NOV 11, 2017
Lekkie, wodniste, wysoko wysycone, nieco mdłe w odbiorze.
Niby fajny farmhous, aczkolwiek budzi skojarzenia z perry, przez co brak mu rześkości, saisonowej świeżości...

(bottle) Aroma: funk, leather, peaches. Appearance: dark yellow color, small head.. Taste: dry, flavour of hay, leather, peaches, dry herbal finish. Palate: medium body, low to medium carbonation. Overall: Lovely crusher, it doesn't taste like a 4% abv beer at all.

Bottle. Yellow hazy pour with white head. Funky sour wheat aroma. Awesome flavor of funk yeast and light hops. So refreshing and well balanced. This beer was a great surprise. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
