COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie-Vous Francais is a celebration of simple elegance. This farmhouse ale is brewed to be refreshing. We use barley, oats, and wheat to build a foundation for saaz hops and brettanomyces bruxellensis to play. You’ll find this beer to be slightly tart and a touch hoppy. Prairie-Vous Francais is one of our many farmhouse beers we hope you will love as much as we do.

Draught. Pours light yellow with a moderate white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, very lightly funky, some citrus, and with just a touch of barnyard. Taste is very lightly tart; grass, yeast, and faint earthy funk. Some lemon-y fruitiness. Light body. Average carbonation. Crisp, thin mouthfeel - a bit too light.

This didn’t have the depth and complexity I expected it to have as a brett beer, but at the same time, I didn’t realize it was a 4%-er. Turns out, that was a welcome surprise. Just a really nice light sessionable saison, mildly funky, doughy, zesty, exceptionally drinkable, and after a long hot day in Florida, I did a magic trick on this 750. I can’t ask for much more.
