Prairie-Vous Francais is a celebration of simple elegance. This farmhouse ale is brewed to be refreshing. We use barley, oats, and wheat to build a foundation for saaz hops and brettanomyces bruxellensis to play. You’ll find this beer to be slightly tart and a touch hoppy. Prairie-Vous Francais is one of our many farmhouse beers we hope you will love as much as we do.

On draught at Bob's Bar during the "Prairie Artisan Ales!" event on 08/10/2017. Cloudy straw color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of funky brett, citrus, malt and mild floral hops. The finish is funky and fruity with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

750ml bottle (RBESG2017 Grand Tasting) (4:3:4:2:8+=2.1)
Light malts in the aroma, a touch of rubber. Watery palate. Chalky and yeasty taste, boring, and similar to the aroma. Actually tastes of rubber gloves. Some biting hops in the finish. A bottle of brewing flaws.
