On tap at some Berlin biergarten I forgot. A clearish orange-tinted dark brown with a short lived white head. Aroma is roast, coffee, dark fruit. Flavor is roast, coffee, berries. Finish is coffeeish, roasty. Medium body, average carbonation. Cunningham (8387) - Halden, NORWAY - JUL 25, 2015
Deep mahogany color with a tan head. Toffee and coffee in the nose. Mostly the same in the flavor also. Nothing wrong with it, just felt a bit dull. Maybe because a bit to soft carbonation.

On tap at a Biergarten in Berlin. Fairly typical Schwarzbier, subdued, only a moderate roast in the aroma. Flavor very controlled, not sweet, only slightly bitter, only very slightly sour. Tap at the beer garden. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is dark malt with a hint of chocolate. Med, body, almost. Flavor is mostly the aroma. Plus a little hop. Finishes a bit undry.

(Draught at Prater Garten, Berlin, 25 July 2014) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, caramel, prunes and brown sugar. Malty taste with notes of roasted malt, caramel, a touch of chocolate, dark bread and a fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Middle-of-the-roadish schwarzbier. Tasted on tap the 06/08/2014. Almost dark colour with medium head. The appearance is nice. Aroma has some malts, caramel and roast. Flavour it´s pretty the same as aroma. Medium to low carbonation and body. Aftertaste is very light. Next one please!
