33cl bottle bb10/2015. Milky golden pollen pour, aromas of pollenised yeast and chalky malts with little hop aromatics. More dry yeast on smoothly sweet marmelade malts, balanced out by that recurring Proef chalky dry yeast and a surprising exotic hop bitterness of peach peel and older citrus. Somehow lacks a unifying little extra to unite this submerged ingredients in a more aromatic way and make for more inspired quaffing. mile (3932) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 27, 2014
Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, light floral fruitiness and citrus hoppyness, light yeast. Body is medium, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness and light citrus hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and dryish, faint sourness, light - some citrus hoppyness, faint yeast. OK dryish Belgian ale with decent bitterness.
