Huge, whipped-cream - like head, quite even and stable over (cold)hazed yellow- to orange-golden beer. Very slightly oppressive, grains- and (lightly toasted) breadnose. Later garden herbs and (more than) probably white candi sugar. Quite outspoken hoppy flavour, explosively surprising as this stands perpendicular on the nose. Bitter as it is, it is a quite welcome surprise, and satisfying. Quite smooth (terrible term, I know), creamy and yet well-carbonated feel; medium bodied; quite dry finish. Pretty darn’ good! 33cl bottle. Hazy yellow with medium, white head. Nose : delicate cookie and tart notes, lemon zest, soap, cream. Sip : smooth body with creamy texture. Good carbonation. Moderately sweet, develops soapy, lemon dry crisp. Moderately bitter in the aftertaste. Overall dry and refreshing, well balanced and pleasant in mouth. Quite ok. On bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika. Golden color slightly hazy, good foam. Medium/high aroma intensisty ; fruity, grassy, light hops and yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness ( more then usual for this style), balnces well. Very enjoyable

Bottle at Pressklubben in Stockholm. Fruity and light malty smell. Similar taste with a light spicy yeasty aroma. Clean and well made but lacks a dimension for a higher score. sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 20, 2015

Panimobaari, sampled 2015-04-24) Clear golden with a medium, firm and lacy, quickly descending head. Very fruity nose with lime and herby hops. Fresh, pilsener-hoppy and quite bitter flavor with fruitiness in the background. Medium+ body, lowish CO2, slightly stingy bitter. Yeast softens the mouthfeel, but won’t affect the flavor much, or give more fruitiness. Too bitter-pilsenery for a saison, with a lack of fruitiness, but still an ok summer drink.
Clear golden amber with huge pillowy white head that leaves great lacing when it recedes. Spicy and funky belgian aromas, but without a lot of sweet notes. The taste is exactly as the smell suggests. Very crisp and dry in the finish with a grassy bitterness. Light body makes this very drinkable. Would be a great refreshing beer for a hot day. Acid303 (674) - Barcelona, CATALONIA, - SEP 19, 2015
33cl bottle, served in tulip. Orange colour with white head. Both aroma and taste are lemon, candy, and of course worth to mention the american hoppy touch. Dry on the palate with moderate sweetness. Medium body, good carbonation. Nice blend, tastes very Belgian but at the same time reminds a lot to an American beer. JefVerstraete (3641) - Oosterzele, BELGIUM - MAY 5, 2016
Bottle @ Filosoof, Maldegem. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Rather bitter and dry beer. Easy drinkable, balance is ok. Good.
