2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
12oz bottle in Miami. I’m pretty sure there’s a giant brewery somewhere in the Caribbean which pumps out one beer into a dozen or so different bottles, and they’re all the official beer of <insert island name>. This is probably my favorite of the bunch, although that’s not saying much. It reminds me a bit of Yuengling from back home, so chalk it up to nostalgia.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle compliments of friends in Miami. Smells and tastes of corn nuts. Sweet and not too bad if ice cold, warmer and it gets really tough to drink.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Light hoppy, some grass, only a little bit of sweet malt. Small white frothy head, fast disappearing. Pale yellow body. Sweet taste, short duration. Lively carbonation, quite oily texture, light body. To be honest not as boring as expected.

It is what it is. A Dominican version of a Bud, Coors or something like that I guess. It’s golden colored. It’s pretty smooth, although it may be very mildy skunky. It doesn’t have a ton of flavor however, almost seemed waterlike at times so I don’t think it’s hard to make water "smooth". I’m actually very surprised, damn near shocked at the 6% abv, doesn’t taste like it.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Oh boy, here we go. It was inevitable, living in Miami...Clear gold with rising bubbles. Light sweet corn aroma. Creamed corn continues and is innocuous and relatively refreshing until the stale plastic comes through. Then it’s all downhill. Chug it.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
"see presidente light" Basically the same as presidente light. Yellow color with a small white head. Nose is straw and grain, flavors of the same. Fizzy palate but fairly clean and somewhat refreshing.

Yellow with a disappearing white head. Aroma is a lovely combination of rotting grass and rusty iron. Sweet and metallic flavour.
