Bottle. Pots light yellow with off-putting aroma. Heavy carbonation yet light head. Not much going on in this pils.

A strong solid beer with some charachter. Bubbly and crisp with a hoppy finish, but not obtrusive. Clean close and full-filling. Good with hot and spicy Mexican foods. UnionMade (621) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 5, 2002
It’s made in the dominican republic. Where is that, exactly? This stuff is everywhere in northern New Jersey, but I’ve never seen it anywhere else. It’s ok, nothing special, but the color is slightly cloudy and wierd. stangger (619) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2008
12oz bottle in Miami. I’m pretty sure there’s a giant brewery somewhere in the Caribbean which pumps out one beer into a dozen or so different bottles, and they’re all the official beer of <insert island name>. This is probably my favorite of the bunch, although that’s not saying much. It reminds me a bit of Yuengling from back home, so chalk it up to nostalgia.

Tastes like so many other brews from central america or the carribean. Nothing special here. Pale yellow with a thin fizzy head. Kind of watery. I guess it wouldn't be bad if you were drinking it in the sweltering heat. pras (602) - Maryland, USA - JUN 20, 2012
This beer brings back fond memories of my honeymoon in Punta Cana. Beer is great when ice cold and bought from the side of the road, or from the mini bar in your hotel. Also good when sitting at the beach or by the pool. thehoff (598) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - SEP 2, 2003
For a pilsner it was a nice suprise and was better than any other Central American beer I have had. It really is best in a pool, in the Dominican, with Merengue playing in the background . I have have American Pilsners that are much worse. GMUcrew7 (577) - Mason, Ohio, USA - OCT 6, 2008
Bottle from St. Thomas, pours light golden color with frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Light corn and malt aroma a little bit of grass. The flavor is much the same, with a little bit of a sweet kick. Light and crisp for easy drinking under the sun, but otherwise not a very good beer. HopTsing (575) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - JAN 16, 2016
From the bottled poured a pale golden brew with a little white head. Subtle aroma of malt. Very subtle flavor of malt but not much else. I’m not a hop head, but would have liked a little hop flavor. It’s OK. I’ll finish the six pack, but probably won’t buy it again.
