FrankZappa7 (552) - GERMANY - MAY 10, 2016
10-May-2016-0,33L Flasche. Goldgelb, klar, weisser Schaum. Aroma: Minimal malzig. Antrunk leicht malzig, säuerlich. Icedwarf (1792) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - OCT 8, 2016
Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is erg licht, licht bitter en ietwat moutachtig. Matig bier, maar indien goed koud goed te drinken. DSG (15237) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - NOV 1, 2016
Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Alexey & Raphaela. Clear yellow with almost no head. Aroma of corn, a bit of vegetables, a bit of apple. Sweetish flavor, grainy, quite bland, corny. Light-bodied. Bland and kinda drinkable. Pyrmir (6460) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 23, 2016
330 ml bottle at home. Clear golden with white head. Aroma and taste are malty, sweet, malt syrup, hay, dry grass with a sweet finish.

Not bad, as crappy hot-weather lagers go. Overly sweet, artificial adjunct breadiness. Not harsh or offensive. jiminnc (1) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 28, 2004 does not count
At dinner in DR this beer is very flavourful and not overpowering.
The tap is prefered and has an even head that dissipates quickly with an uncommon fizz of carbonation though not disconcertingly splashy.
The initial taste is strong with a relatively fast disapearance so I really liked it for not making other flavors of exotic foods dimminish, followed by very little aftertaste.
I refered this to friends who only drank the mixed fruity liquer drinks and all were impressed, even those who swore beer wasn’t for them.
I would liken this beer as a fizzy wine because it seems to have most characteristics of a mid grade wine while not lingering and not overpowering, except for the "BURRP".
I didn’t try the bottled variety, "all inclusive vacation" , but I did try many other beers including european and American and I will look for Presidente Beer in other carribean locals in my travels. erway (1004) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - DEC 12, 2004
My sister loves this stuff and brought a lot back with her from the Dominican. Piss yellow with a fizzy head. Kinda skunky (green bottle). Aroma of nada; no hops, no malt, hey... is that corn I smell. Might be as good as some other pale lagers from Latin America, then again might not. UPDATED: OCT 26, 2005 This was a waste. Yellow in color, and huge skink aroma. Light in taste and mouth feel. Little bitter finish, little points. Gave this a shot, will be giving the rest of the sixer away/ bkurtz (1134) - LITHUANIA - JUN 27, 2005
(bottle) Poured a typical pale yellow. Smooth, but little taste. What a shame.
