Very nice, orange marmalade type IPA, rich, tasty, satisfyingly bitter. Foamy to start which quickly subsided. Good effort.

Bottle. Spoons. Pours medium amber and opaque with a gorgeous tan foam residing. Scent is light hop notes. Taste is medium dense hops with a strange profile, mostly late but a tiny bit soapy bitter. Finish is light. A bit sticky. Very good.

Fresh mild beginning. Floral but not too intense with a moderate bitter but very dry body. Nice pine and citrus resin there, round and refreshing. Nice dry IPA.

erickok (5754) - Leuven, BELGIUM - DEC 21, 2016
Copper orange, creamy off white stable head. Huge juicy citrus fruit hops aroma but certainly also a characterful back with surprisingly sweaty yeast and cara malts. Great integrated carbonation, bit bubbly. Super juicy bitterness and rich mouth filling malts. Really great beer with density if double ipa standards. Try it! (33cl bottle from Bacchanalia, shared with Darren and Bertanne)

Pours hazy amber, a bit darker shade, topped with large off-white head, pretty lasting. Mild fruity notes combined with nice biscuity maltiness in the aroma. Taste starts sweet, quite fruity actually, followed by medium mild bitterness. Short aftertaste. Nicely drinkable, enjoyable and proper.

Tap at Rose and Crown. Hazy dark golden with white head. Sweet peach, brown bread, light yeast, bitter herbs, grassy, apricot, orange peel. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied. Not very impressive.
