Bottle at home in London - sourced from BottleDog Kings Cross. Pours clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a frothy white head that settles in quickly. The aroma has a bit of citrus peel, some vanilla-infused perfume, touches of crispy wheat. Light to medium sweet flavour with undertones of creamy vanilla, some citrusy meringue, mild bitter hay, wheat bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish, with nips of vanilla pods, dried wheat bread, slight bitter hay and grass, a little bit of lemon rind. Nice beer overall. The vanilla adds an interesting layer.
