Bottle at home from Beer Gonzo. A clear golden coloured pour with a bit of yeast and a lasting white froth. Aroma is fresh zesty orange and lime, kaffir lime, citrus tang, little soapy, grapefruit. Flavour is composed of light pale grains, zesty lime, kaffir, soapy, crisp tangy finish, juniper berries. Assertive back of the throat bitterness, juniper and lemon. 33cl bottle via Beer Gonzo. It pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. Aroma is soft sweet fruity and medium tangy dry crispy with notes of bergamot and lemongrass. Taste is also dry and citric with a more defined spicy juniper notes, some lemongrass and earthy notes. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, not crazy about juniper beers

Hazed orange with a decent off White covering.
Nose is tangerine, spice, straw, herbal notes, orange peel, light white pepper, bergamot evident.
Taste comprises orange peel, Earl Grey tea leaves, vanilla, cardamom seed, herbal rinse, light juniper strokes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

Light haze on this paleish gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, mild sweetness. Nice bergamot floral citrus, lime with lesser orange and lemon. Mellow juniper spice. Finishes light, floral and mildly peppery. Tasty stuff.

Bottle at home in London - purchased from BottleDog London. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Soft bergamot in the nose, some doughy wheat, tangerine, straw. Light-medium sweet flavour with overarching wheat bread, slight lemon peel, tangerine meringue. Light bodied with average carbonation and massaging texture. Finishes with light floral notes, oily citrus peel, a faint ashy off note, more doughy wheat bread, meringue, zesty lemon, tangerine, faint floral notes. Tasty stuff overall.
