COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Welcome to our Field Mouse’s Farewell. It’s a late spring seasonal beer: French, rustic, 7%, full of different grains: Rye, Oats, Wheat and Barley. Like what a mouse would eat. The hops are Strisselspalt from Alsace, and Bramling Cross from England, and we combined Belgian and English yeast strains. Oldy woldy worldy.

DuffMan (10559) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 29, 2017
Bottle, shared at game night. Hazy medium golden with a lively white head. Biscuit malt with estery yeasy, a bit of dough and spice. Hops have faded, but this was still decent.

hopdog (12833) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 2, 2017
22oz bottle. Bottled May 2010. Poured a cloudy golden color with an off white head. Fruity, some spiciness, and some tart wheat. Actually for being that old, I was digging it.

60minuteman (1764) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 28, 2017
Bottle from Edgemont bottled on 2012 but bought last week 2017... They got one by me. Hazy bronze color. Wheat, sour fruit, spice, yeast. Warm finish some malt and earth. Strange.

haukur (2052) - Kópavogur, ICELAND - OCT 18, 2016
backlog. Amber with a firm head. Noble hops in the aroma, some slight earth and leaves. Hints of esters, huge malt profile. Nice enough though

22 oz bottle at The Sovereign. Served in a tulip. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, dark fruit, biscuit. Tastes of floral, herbs, biscuit, subtle funk. Medium body with a dry finish. Not aging too well.

Thanks to Gender! Bottle into a tulip showing well filtered orange caramel brown with sparse white foam. The nose shows a lot of sweet caramel malts. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of sweet caramel malts and a light unharmonious bitterness. Not exactly a saison.

solidfunk (9224) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - OCT 1, 2016
Light florals and some mash malt. Light caramel. Tangy finish. Golden amber pour with ok head and lacing. Bottle thanks to gendv6969696969.

reebtogi (6330) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 12, 2016
650ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a 2 finger white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is tomatoes with some caramel and hints of herbs and grains. Taste is a light spicy and grassy hop bitterness with a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, this is an interesting and tasty brew, but does not suit the style very well.

rumproasts (5478) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - APR 10, 2016
bottle. Amber orange with one finger head. I was excited to find this one quite a few months after Pretty Things stopped making beer. Medium sweeetness with caramel and butterscotch notes, maybe a hint of clove. A bit of yeastiness, but not really funky.

3.2
oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 8, 2016
Pours a golden amber color with a fluffy head. Aromas of malt, light hops, and some yeasty notes. Flavor is malty with a little hay note...a little too malty sweet for a saison.
