22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 8/2015. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, clove, pepper, pine, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/floral hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, clove, pepper, pine, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of yeast spiciness and pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, clove, pepper, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/floral hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from bitterness/yeast spice as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky/resinous mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome hoppy saison style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/floral hops, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering. skatanarchy (212) - - OCT 1, 2015

Herbal and sugar aroma with some coriander, lychee, and strawberry. Hazy dark straw coverd by lasting, white shaving foam. Refreshing woody bitter and dry base malt flavour with some yeasty esters. Apricot, strawberry, and celery accents. Light to medium body, medium to high carbonation, lasting dry bitter finish. trapped (3786) - New York, TURKEY - JUN 11, 2015
Draught @ Albion. Golden yellow with non-existent head, white ring at the rim, faint vanilla aroma with a hint of citrus, low carbonation, sweet taste with slightly bitter ending, thin body, medium finish with light bitter aftertaste. A bit watery but still nice. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 5, 2015
5oz on tap at the Ei8ht Ball. Up front, pleasant floral, kind of grassy hip aroma. Saison yeast. Touch of strawberry. Clear golden color. Thin white head. LEaves good thicker sheets of lace. Nice pink peppercorn type spiciness. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of soft lighter carbonation. Moderate bitter taste, lighter sweet, some reasonable spiciness. Tasty saison, though just a touch peppery. angel77 (4048) - oviedo, SPAIN - JUN 5, 2015

Pours a hazy golden yellow. 3 fingers of head that laces nicely. This bottle is 14 months old. The nose is sweet and grassy, the taste is spicy with junk enough barn yard funk. Very enjoyable beer. Could use a tad less spice to be great.
