Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, perfume, pepper. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration,spicy, peppery, citrus, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity weak yeasty spicy citrus aroma. Fruity malty weak yeasty spicy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty citrus finish.

Bottle at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Very hazy amber beer. Little white head. Dry palate, slightly soft. Creamy malt with a trace of spice. Vibrant fresh grapefruit and it’s accompanying bitterness. Soft and dry finish. Bitter aftertase. Quite a hoppy-bitter saison but it slipped down very easy!
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2011 22 ounce bottle at the Publick House. Clear orange, thick, creamy white head. Aroma of dust and orange peel, and a ton of coriander. Taste is bitter, dry, licorice, pepper, orange. Unbalanced. Odd. 3.2

Bottled. Hazy pale golden, brief head. Fruity nose with spicy hops. Dryish with doughy malt forming a mid sized body. Plenty of fresh green hops, long spicy bitterness. Tasty and nicely drinkable for a 6.5% beer.
