Bottle at RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours yellow with a white head. Nose is sweet malt, some orange, some citrus, and light floral notes. Flavor is similar with light citrus, orange, and floral notes. Light in body and not bad overall. bottleforager (3208) - Gray, Maine, USA - APR 2, 2013
Pours a nice golden color with a three finger foamy white head. On the nose its toasted malt, little earthy spice and a touch of citrus kissed grassy hops. The palate is clean and bitter with a nice malt backbone that has a touch of caramel sweetness and a grassy bitter mid to late palate. Nice beer a bit pricey for what it is.

Interesting IPA. Lighter in color- yellow with a hint of orange. Not overly hoppy, but it does have a nice flavor. Flavor profile more along the lines of a pale ale. Regardless this is decent. SudsMcDuff (8494) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - MAR 5, 2013
i like the classic label .. . pours a deep yellow .. . medium sized head, lacing is proud .. . stubby bitterness, good hay and mild resin .. . a really nice english pale .. . . those weren’t real pirates! Leighton (22306) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2013
Bottle at Sander’s place, NYC. Pours clear gold with a creamy cap. Decent stuff, some dry bread, bit of toasty straw, dry orange. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light dry piney finish, toasty bread, dried citrus. Not bad. jkwood04 (5463) - Connecticut, USA - FEB 25, 2013
22oz bottle in a shaker. Pours light amber with a fluffy, off-white head. Aroma of cereal-like malts and floral hops. Flavor about the same with the two not meshing well. Average texture. Sort of a disappointment, like a lot of beers from this series. Tinkerbell (8) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - FEB 23, 2013 does not count
Slight aroma of over ripe banana. Clear mod gold color. Citrus, banana flavor, nice hop
