Bottle, thanks to theEpeeist! Pours cloudy amber, small off-white head, dissipates quickly, good lacing. Aroma is malty, caramel, toffee, dark breads, pine. Flavor is medium sweet and medium bitter, malty and hoppy, tastes a bit oxidized. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Lingering strong bitter finish.

Beautiful bright orange pour with a soft white cap. Aroma is very fruity with some floral notes and alcohol. A bit too hot though to pick out much in the taste past the alcohol & hop bitterness.

Mild, sweet aroma with citrus, flowers, and some bread. Flavor is bitter and fruity; finish is sweet with fairly heavy alcohol. Different and good.

A hazed rosey amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with corn syrup, citrus, loads of alcohol, doughy notes. In mouth, a smooth malt bomb with nice grassy hops, treacle, nice and smooth. Tasted with GRM, Probstblueribbon and Ian, July 20 2012.

a-nothing special, but decent hazy copper with finger worth of head. s-very nice, complex and a whole lot going on. Sweet zest of a clemintine, bit of spice and well hopped T-much like the smell, but even more intence lots of flavor. Malt, citrus zesty, peppery spice, a touch of wood and a very nice dry finish. M&D- much more delicate than I would have imagined. A bit too carbonated at first but it settled down after a bit. Very drinkable especially for the alc% of this one. I was very impressed there. Overall a very good beer from a great brewer.

Bomber shared by Lubiere, served cold in a tulip glass. 20JL12.

App.: Milky orange-amber with a small tan head. Aroma: Sharp, peppery, somewhat fruity, cherry lemonade, sweet doughy, caramel, sweet a bit of alcohol, berries, some nice notes, not entirely cohesive. Palate: Medium-full body, sparse effervescence. Flav.: Strong fruitiness, grapefruit, yeast, berries, peppery, alcohol, somewhat harsh, resinous hops, big!; very sweet with strong bitterness, alcohol and a long fruity finish.

A little too much, both in name and in bottle.

Hazy orange amber beer. Good white head. Nose of sweet toffee, pear and a trace of banana. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Sweet toffee malt, a touch of cream. Subtle orange and a blooming peppery spice. Trace of banana cream. Wow! If Brick Lane residents had it this good in 1832 then it must have wiled away many a cold night!

Orange pour with white head and lace. Aroma of sour malt and perfumy hops. Sweet honey and caramel malt and a very light bitter. Full slick bodied with nice carbonation.
