22oz. Bottle: Aroma of malt, light banana, slight bubblegum, and a hint of caramel. Poured copper/amber in color with a medium to large-sized, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Tastes of malt, banana, slight alcohol, smoke, bamburg wood, hops, and some caramel. Medium body. Smooth, slick, overly-drinkable texture. Soft to average carbonation. Malt, slight caramel, hops, and bamburg wood finish is a tiny bit dry. 10.5%ABV is very well hidden throughout, and barely noticeable. r464 (2377) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 26, 2010
Deep amber color with no head at all. Faint aroma is floral. Very light and crisp with a slow, fading aftertaste that hints at the alcohol, though it is hidden. Very unique. Rosebud butternuts (2398) - Denton, Texas, USA - JAN 8, 2011
