Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 07.12.15. Clear pale golden. Off-white head. Moderate aroma, with grass and some sweetness. Taste is with a careful dose of hops and metallic bitterness, particularly in aftertaste.

Sigmund (8111) - Tau, NORWAY - NOV 23, 2014
500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of Saazer hops, floral, grassy and herbal notes, hints of honey. Fairly well hopped flavour throughout, both in terms of herbal character and bitterness, medium sweet malts in the background. Fairly bitter aftertaste. .

Holmen1 (6756) - Stavanger, NORWAY - NOV 15, 2014
Fra flaske på Cardinal, DSJT nov-14: klar gylden med kort hvitt skum. Mild aroma av malt og gress. en god pilsner i tsjekkisk stil, men intet juleøl. Tørr avslutning gjør den lett å drikke.

gunnar (9989) - Sandnes, NORWAY - NOV 10, 2014
Bottle at Cardinal, DSJT 2014. Pours clear golden with a small white creamy head.Aroma is weak malty, some weak grass and spice. Taste is moderate sweet, with a very dry spicy and saazy finish, very good and moreish. Dry clean mouthfeel.

bottled. bought in my parents’ village local shop. lager. golden color. average foamy head. not sweet or bitter. quite drinkable but forgetable.

oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 3, 2008
Bottled. Golden colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is grassy and slightly bready malts. Flavour is nice yeasty/fruity notes which turn into quite bready malts just to be a big grassyness in the finish. A pleasant beer.

Quack-Duck (9550) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2008
bottle from Pivní Galerie. Clear golden colour, lovely creamy head. The aroma is a bit unusual and does not remind me of beer very much. Nevertheless, the beer itself tastes great. Very malty start with a touch of fruit and then a good portion of Zatec/Saaz hops which results in a lingering and intensively hoppy-bitter finish. Very good indeed.

rauchbier (3958) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - DEC 30, 2007
Bottle, at ZBF 2006. Gold, thin white head and gentle condition. Pleasant honeyed flowery hop and malt nose, excellent malty sweet and honeyed hop balance in the mouth and a controlled flower hoppiness lingering in the finish. Good Budweisalike.
