Eructoblaster (4205) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 21, 2004
On tap at Soldaten Svejk, Stockholm. Pours a black beer with reddish glints and a thick beige creamy head. Malty aroma with some roasty notes. Taste is nice and complex. It has numerous hints of brown sugar, caramel, coffee, and dark berries. Nice and long bitter finish. Very good stuff!

loubar (157) - Los Gatos, California, USA - MAR 23, 2015
UPDATED: MAR 24, 2015 500 ml bottle from BevMo. Nose of yeast and mild vanilla. Mild roasted malt, pleasant caramel taste. Slightly smoky. Silky mouth feel. No hops bitterness. Good carbonation with a semi-dry finish that makes it very easy to drink. Light, yet flavorful. Love the low ABV.

Bottled. A very dark reddy black coloured beer with a decent but short lived off white head. The aroma is sweet and fruity. Lots of caramel and fossil fuel in the nose. The taste is very similar. There is a smokiness in there amidst the dark fruits. My type of dunkel; sweet and full of flavour.

yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 18, 2008
33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a huge tan head. Roasted malt aroma, light butterish and vaguely hops spiced aroma. Sweet malt flavoured with a light overripe fruity note and roasted malt flavours. Smooth malty and slight sweet finish.

mkel07 (5980) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - OCT 15, 2010
500ml bottle. Pours a light copperish black with a full foam head the colour of coffee. Head settles quickly and there is a burnt chocolate and toffee aroma that is pleasant and quite malty. Flavour is full and very malted. Sweet and fills the mouth.

PorterPounder (7970) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 28, 2011
Labeled as "Primator Dark Lager" - Tallahassee, Fl - New Leaf Market - 500 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown - almost black - with a tight khaki colored head. Aroma of molasses, dates and prunes. Flavor is chewy and full of malty goodness. Molasses is prominent with some caramel, raisins, dates, prunes. Back end of marshmallows, dark chocolate and some roasty smoky notes. Rich, thick, chunky mouthfeel. Surprisingly excellent.

chinchill (5011) - South Carolina, USA - NOV 1, 2012
Primator tmavé 12 served in large mug in Kutna Hora, CZ. Nice aroma of spicy hops and medium and dark malts. Slightly smokey. The taste is sweet for style, but some balancing bitterness kicks in at the finish. Still a bit too sweet IMO. Medium body with good carbonation. O - a mediocre Czech tmavé which, by global standards, means a fine beer.
