Sample at Burger Bar in Las Vegas. The beer is a clear golden color with a thin and fizzy white head that diminishes quickly. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Light hops and pale malt in the nose. Light, carbonated body with grainy malt and mild hops flavors. Touches of fruit at times as well. The finish is lightly bitter with a short hops aftertaste. By-the-numbers Lager overall.

"a little sweeter aroma and flavor than most in the style, which makes it stand out...a little. a quaffable yellow pee pee water, but still yellow pee pee water. very little hop presence or dare i say, complexity, but refreshing and lacking in skunk."

24 oz can. BB Nov/02/15. (Food Pantry) Honolulu, HI.
Clear yellow golden color with a mid-size foamy white head. Malty and cardboardy aroma. The flavor is dry malt, some sweetness, mild berries and mild burntness. Regular American pale lager.

Bottle. Cane sugar and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet light berry, barley malt and moderate hops flavor. Recently resurrected - had quite a cult following before it died out in the 90s.

hopscotch (10983) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 13, 2009
Bottle Clear yellow lager with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. The aroma is nearly non-existent, but I am finally able to pull a drop of honey and a rumor of warm mash from the glass. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Once warm, the flavor is all honey and pale grain sweetness with very little hop bitterness to counter. Finishes crisp, lightly sweet, and then astringent.

Gold pour with lots of bubbles and lasting white head. Aroma? Hmmm, it doesnt smell so good to be honest. Kind of an old soapy mop water with some cereal grains and funky hops. Flavor is corn, bubbles and old hops.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Malty aroma with hints of grassy hops. Flavour came out fairly dry with grassy hops and malty notes. Finished dry mild bitter. Clean.

DuffMan (10057) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 17, 2010
Bottle, brought back by dodo, shared with Parksy. Clear golden body, average white cap that quickly thins and fades. Aroma is grainy, slightly sweet, with a whiff of grassy hops. Palate is pretty much identical, with a dry papery note in the finish. The pale malt is better than average here, with a lightly toasty twist. Not bad.

gnoff (10045) - Mlndal, SWEDEN - JAN 29, 2011
Draught at Boardwalk, Cocoa Beach, FL, on Jan 29, 2011
Clear golden color, white head. Fresh, fruity, herbal, hoppy taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high herbal bitterness. Malty and herbal scent. Much butter than I somehow expected it to be, I became pleasantly surprised.
