Bottle from Yamaya. Aroma of grass and some lemon. Clear pale straw color, lots of carb rising. Grass, good hopping / mid gets a bit sweet / flattens into a thick, dull sweetness, along with a metallic note. Thin-medium body, some big-time fizz. Full-bodied and fairly flavorful for a light lager. Better than I thought it would be. WatersOfAmber (5) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 30, 2013 does not count
Taste from Big Braddah can brought back to mainland by Otto. If rated just as a lager, the score would not be as high. I am rating this more as an experimental beer. For a beer designed to show off "Pure Island Cane," it does so well. It is definitely sweet, but finishes surprisingly clean with all the sugar. snakeoilpete (324) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 26, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 6, 2009 Bottle on the beach. Pours clear golden with a decent bubbly white head. Nose is mostly malt, heavy on the molasses, with a little hoppy spice. Full mouthfeel. Flavor is mostly caramel malt that turns into a weird oniony taste in the finish. Overall, not too bad. hayduke (5218) - Eureka, California, USA - MAR 4, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 5, 2009 From a 12 oz bottle this poured a very clear gold with a big white head and good lacing. Nose of malts with some light floral hops. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is light malts with a light bitter finish. Refreshing to drink.

Pours a ginger ale colored body, no head. Aroma is yeast, banana and clove. Flavor is bitter and palate is crisp but metallic. An alright beer. jbunderwood (3) - Brookfield, Ohio, USA - JUL 18, 2011 does not count
This beer has almost no aroma and a very light taste followed by a slightly bitter after taste. I did not know this was a Miller product when I purchased it. Not that it would change my opinion but I feel a little duped in that I thought I was buying a microbrew. Live and learn I guess. redwings36 (4) - junction city, Kansas, USA - APR 15, 2012 does not count
in hawaii this is like the bud light of beers just look around this beer is always on special it is not that bad though. the pure cane sugar adds a great taste to this beer pours good and tastes good not to much of a aroma though Westkyoto77 (635) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 31, 2013
Bottle. Slightly darker golden than most lagers, sweetish wooly head. Grassy, sweet, not much depth, but surprisingly drinkable. Kind of a distinct flavour which I’d probably get sick of, but as an end-of-week beer with my Japanese curry it hit the spot. paintedmaple (671) - People’s Republic of Bloomington, Indiana, USA - JUN 17, 2013
22oz bottle...OK, site and setting were everything (chugged it out of the bottle on the balcony of our room in Kauai over looking the sparkling blue Pacific). Enjoyed it thoroughly and was very satisfied with this not-really-from-Hawaii Hawaiian beer. Back in Michigan this undoubtedly would not fair so well...
