Fles gedeeld met Benzai, TomHendriksen en Roelzie. Helder goudgeel bier, stevig schuimend tijdens inschenken. Aroma is fruitig. Smaakt als pils. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Tap at the hoppy pub stand at a food event in Thessalonniki / 30th of April 2017. Pours unclear, cloudy yellow. Small white head. Smell is banana esthers, mildly sweet. Taste is full, sweet, very mild bitter touch. Some banana, less than others in the style i’ve had. Low carbo. Decent MF . OK .

Better than any north american wheat for sure. But below average for the Germans. Definitely worth drinking for a wheat in Canada.

Aroma: Citrus and herbs notes. Appearance: Golden color with cloudy liquid and a soft white head. Taste: Medium sweet notes and very light bitterness. Palate: Light body with creamy texture and average carbonation. Very subtle sweet finish. Overall: Very soft wheat beer but with a nice body. Refreshing but it doesn’t leave a memory.

Zlotta (3044) - Hagen / Bonn, GERMANY - FEB 5, 2017
0.5 l bottle as ’König Ludwig Weissbier Hell’, best before March 2017. Hazy, golden yellow with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of banana and cloves. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit chalky taste of banana, cloves and some vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a little sourish finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent!
