had on-tap at the Tex-Mex. Nice to see restaurant supporting local breweries.
appears a darker copper amber color, with nice white head. The cap of head covers the beer until the very end.
aroma is pretty sweet, dominated by the honey. Taste follows similarly, with a fairly sweet flavors of malt and honey. The hops are subtle. Mouthfeel is very smooth, with lower carbonation that definitely works.
Aroma - electrical aroma - rest is hard to decipher.
Appearance - the body is a hazy amber, with a beige head well over 2+". Good lacing.
Taste - has an unpleasant almost electric taste. There is an sharp hop that is not enjoyable. Not very good mix.
Palate - medium body, oily feel, average carbonation, somewhat bitter finish. ordybill (1758) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - DEC 12, 2015
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is brownish with a golden hue with a large white head (the beer is 5 months past its "best by" date). The flavor is pleasant Some sweet honey in the back with some tart hops up front. BroadestTom (446) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 28, 2015
Aroma floral, spruce, citrus,
Appearance brown, red, hazy, cloudy, frothy, tan foam, white foam,
Taste light sweetness, lightly bitter,
Palate light body, lively,
Overall not a great I.P.A. but I would suggest this beer to a friend that is easing into I.P.A.s because it is not overly hoppy katrinaez (2014) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 8, 2015
UPDATED: APR 5, 2015 Pretty good ipa. The slight honey sweet slowly peeks out. You can smell it as well. Hops are light. Not overly dimensional. Tap raymow (1650) - Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 8, 2015
bottled - nice sweet aroma. Great reddish amber color. Major head on pour. Taste seemed a bit off - not sweet at all. Old bottle maybe?

12oz bottle. Hazy amber body with lots of floaties enough to bring it down to a 2 in appearance. Steady, creamy off-white head. Doesn’t smell that appealing, kind of a 90s brewpub APA thing going, earthy. The concept is cool, but the end result is not so impressive. The hops are more dominating than the honey, which plays second fiddle here. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - SEP 29, 2014
Tap, amber pour, white head, nose is lacking, taste is some honey, but really mild. rentonj7 (250) - Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 9, 2014
From bottle, deep ruby amber color with almost no head. Aroma is almost all honey. Taste is very sweet with light bittering. Long finish with alternating sweet/bitter - interesting. Full bodied with oily texture. Almost no carbonation, but I don’t think it needs it. Not what I’d usually go for, but I’m impressed. Lightrider (344) - Bristol, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 23, 2013
Bottle into an ale glass. Pour is a dark amber with a lace head. Aroma is on the weak side. Taste is a very bitter pull, not a smoothly built beer. Finish is harsh, not what I would have looked for in an ipa. But better then most mass made swill. Voodoo (666) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 19, 2013
Pours a hazy brown with large yeast particles in suspension. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste is sweet up front with a medium mouthfeel, and noticeable earthy hop taste tailing into maltiness and ending with a slightly rough astringency and little bitterness. Very odd IPA as hops are a small part of the show.
