Tap at Varga Bar, Philly - 24/05/12.
Hazy orange colour with small off-white head.
Floral hoppy nose, sweet malt, and a little citrus on the nose.
Sweet citrus tastes, sweet malt and a definate chunk of honey in there.
Medium bodied, sweetish finish, no real bitterness. Not really an IPA in my book! hopdog (12584) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2010
On tap at CAH. Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of floral hops, some citrus, and honey (honey comb). Tastes of the same. I would probalby have guessed this one was a APA vs. an IPA. DocLock (10702) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 3, 2010
Draft at Craft. Pours chill hazy dark straw toward copper w 2f pow head. Nose is caramel malt, hops, mild honey. Tastes caramel malty, niceley ba;lanced with the hops, and indeed some apparent honey flavors. Nice beer, and my 1st from these guys. BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUN 3, 2012
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Tap at Prism. Amber pour with a soapy white head. Mild nose. Taste is an aggressive sweet honey and sharp floral hops. Interesting and quite good. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 31, 2011

Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured and hoppy with some sweet honey flavour. A hint of dryness in a bitter malt finish.

12 ounce bottle from a trade with jdb288. This is quite hazy and dark brown. Cool looking. A big darker beige head has good retention. I smell honey and clover with rich malts. No hops on the nose. The hops are tasted and they are classic west coast hops with a nice grapefruit profile. There is a bit of herbal and pine but the hops are generally citrus. This has a little something different and is a tasty IPA. AirForceHops (7240) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 16, 2012
Draft @Field House, Philly PA. Deep hazy amber with cascading carbonation the produced head like a nitro stout. Thick lacing. The nose has caramel malt sweetness forward with light citrus notes hiding beneath the malt. Flavor has citrus and floral hops upfront, leading into a sweet honey malt finish. Medium to full in body with a silky texture. Hopheads may think this is to malty but I really like what the brewer did here. Very tasty. I ordered two. Draft at Redstone. Pours a dark copper color with minimal head and creamy lacing. Heavy aromas of caramel malt, honey, pine. Taste is sweet honey with a bitter hop finish. Leaves the mouth slightly dry. Not something I will search out but more then happy to give it a whirl at a chain restaurant. egajdzis (6589) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 4, 2011
Hazy dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, honey, grass, and toast. Taste of citrus, grass, light toffee, honey, and a lightly bitter finish. nuplastikk (6289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 28, 2015
12oz bottle. Hazy amber body with lots of floaties enough to bring it down to a 2 in appearance. Steady, creamy off-white head. Doesn’t smell that appealing, kind of a 90s brewpub APA thing going, earthy. The concept is cool, but the end result is not so impressive. The hops are more dominating than the honey, which plays second fiddle here.
