Mild honey aroma, pours a cloudy reddish-brown with a large off-white head. There’s a bit of honey in the flavor, with a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied, not a bad little IPA. Arayaga2 (2199) - portland, Oregon, USA - APR 6, 2010

Draft: Poured a copper color with a thin head. The aroma was floral, pine, and citrus. The flavor was sweet malts, honey, touch of hops, and flowers. Overall, not bad. ganache (5955) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 2, 2013
Bottle. Nose is dank and earthy-herbal hops, pine-leaning with light malt and citrus, perhaps a touch of grain. Expecting it to be sweet. Dark chestnut with red highlights and a rocky tan head. Taste is strongly bitter, faint metal with some sour acid, though only a stroke. Juicy and citric but higher on resin and scratch, woody with floral and herbal notes that don’t manage to establish themselves until some time has passed. Fullish body, seems like lemon and orange juice have been squirted in at times (zing zing) but even they are covered by the strong dank resin and dark caramel. ordybill (1800) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - DEC 12, 2015
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is brownish with a golden hue with a large white head (the beer is 5 months past its "best by" date). The flavor is pleasant Some sweet honey in the back with some tart hops up front. egajdzis (6613) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 4, 2011
