UPDATED: MAY 4, 2013 Enjoyed on tap at Prism Brewery with what they call the "rim job," a cinnamon sugar coating around the rim of the glass that pairs incredibly with the beer. That being said, I also enjoyed this in a regular flight glass and the beer was stellar on its own. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone BARRYBEERBARON (25) - USA - NOV 17, 2013
On tap. Really liked this one. Flavorful and slightly sweet. Dark red color with a nice head.

On tap at Pescatore’s. This beer is fantastic - rich irish red color with a two-finger off white head. The spice is balanced perfectly - nutmeg and some cinnamon, a very nice addition to a nice malty red ale. I did not know what to expect with this beer but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I was psyched to see that it is a Philly area beer - will be doing some investigation to find out where else I can get it! lcdumchus (26) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 31, 2010
Had on tap at The Beer Store. At first, it had a mild sweet, spicy taste. As it warmed, the spices really came through. It was still smooth, but the taste of cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg, with a hint of cherry shined. An interersting beer from a new brewery.

On tap at the brick house. Medium brown pour. Maple sugar, caramel, cinammon and Allspice in the aroma. Spices work well with the malt base, not overstated. Mild hop bitterness in finish. Surprisingly decent. pineypower (3350) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - NOV 18, 2013
Pours out a brownish-reddish color with a creamy head. Aroma is of caramel, sweet sugary notes, light spices. Taste is complex, caramel malty notes, lots of cookie-like spices, cinnamon, maple syrup and a light bitterness on the finish.
