Can. Slightly cloudy amber pour with virtually no head. Aroma is caramel, a little metallic, slightly nutty. Taste is very light, caramel and a little metallic as well, mostly sweet but not cloying. Very light and clean, not bad but completely unremarkable. Brettsky06 (514) - Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 10, 2016
Pours Amber color, aroma is hardly anything, kind of soapy if anything. Taste is malty with a little bit of hop notes. Not a very good Amber cards04 (2857) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 5, 2016
What an amazing amber ale!!! Said no one ever. OK.. There are some decent ones out there.. This just isn’t one of them. Pours a light amber. Aromas and flavours of toasted grain. Maybe some fruit sweetness. Whatever. RobBestwick (951) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 17, 2016
650ml bottle. Sweet toffee aroma. Pours amber with a frothy off-white head and lots of carbonation. Mild hoppy flavour with notes of biscuit and citrus. Some underlying malts. Thin to medium body. Mild bitter finish. ryanhunter_4 (330) - Strathmore, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 11, 2015
650 ml bottle poured at home. Pours an orange color with a beige head. Not much smell; maybe a bit of toffee or caramel. Taste has a bitter citrus and caramel finish. Not the best beer I’ve ever had but it’s drinkable.

Sweet smelling with a rich Amber color. Slight fruity (maybe cherry) taste with a clean finish robinvboyer (4737) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2014
This is a slightly dialed backmversion of their ipa. Super earthy, caramel malts. The only difference is the body is a little thinner, and the bitterness isnt as pithy. There are some slight pine resins, but they fade quick. Not very interesting, presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 20, 2014
Can, thought it was California Prohibition not BC. Very foamy. Dark amber. Creamy dark toffee flavour. A little thin. daveddec (24) - - JUL 11, 2014
Pours an amber and copper colour, with a small head that quickly dissipates. It has a very light aroma that consists of some caramel and hop notes. The mouthfeel is very light with some sharp, but very small carbonation. The beer itself tastes bready, with some malts. It finishes with a slight dry feeling and a bitter aftertaste. Overall the beer is quite light mcberko (18573) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 29, 2014
On tap at Prohibition, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head.
Aroma is pretty nonexistent, with light notes of bready malt. Flavour is clean, on the sweeter side with notes of bready malt and sweet cereal malts. Not cloying, but finishes almost syrupy. Decent.
