Aroma: Wow! Proper with solid worty , malty heft, nice grain exposure with hay grassy notes behind.
Top: medium sized, creamy white cap.
Base: fine haze on gold
Palate : medium thinner in body. Slightly dry with average plus carbonation. Traditional, mature vibe.
Taste: proper old school Keller. Clean work with very nice job on malts. Tad drier than expected.

Tap at Prohibition Pig, Waterbury. Colour is cloudy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, sweetness, some fruits and malts. Too sweet. AdamChandler (5225) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - DEC 14, 2015
Slightly cloudy orangish yellow. Really good bright orange juicy aroma. The yeast really shines. Good effervescence. Nice malty gingerbread and cereal taste. Mouthfeel is dense and thick JulienHuxley (6004) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 12, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy gold pour with thin veil of white foam. Aroma is bready, light grassy notes. Doughy bready flavor not totally unlike the real thing, but a bit straightforward, lacking the rich malt complexity. Palate is light-med bodied with light carbonation. Easy drinking nonetheless. This was poured into one their half pints.
The appearance was a moderately hazy yellow color with a decent transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. A bar pour’s head yields barely any lacing.
The smell started off with sweet breadiness yielding some light sweet herbal qualities and a little bit of toast.
The taste copied the smell pretty much on spot. There was a slight sweet bready aftertaste running into a semi-sticky sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation ran really light.
Overall, I don’t have much experience with kellerbiers, but I liked this one for me. I’d have again and would believe it would go well with its respected food. PhillyCraft (8343) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Draft at Pig, pours ultra hazy orange gold with small white head, not much lace. Notes are perfumey lager, corn, grain, yeast, light rust, and captain crunch aftertaste. Light to medium body. Not a fan of this one.
