Sample @ RBWG Asheville. Brown pour with a small head. Fairly sedate nose. A bit of chocolate syrup, some dirt. Not much else to it. Taste is a bit 2-dimensional. Swiss Miss mix, Hershey’s. Chocolate malt, some roasty character. Oily body, soft carbonation. radagast83 (8137) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - MAY 11, 2014
2oz pour at SAVOR. Poured a dark black color with a small tan head. Nice. Cocoa Nibs. Like a melted chocolate bar, but of good chocolate. Congrats On The Expansion. jbruner (4857) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - MAR 25, 2014
Growler shared thanks to thebsmitty at RBWG. Pours an inky black with thin tan head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roast, chocolate rye, and cocoa nibs. Taste follows, hint of booze, but well hidden, Thick and viscous, light carbonation. Solid, not sure its quite to imperial at this abv, but almost. fluffy (2472) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - MAR 2, 2014

>> Thanks bsmitty for the share. Inky black pour with good foam. Melted dark chocolate candy bar nose a la ST Choklat. Taste is semisweet chocolate, decadent, melted candy car. Palate is dense, rich. Really nice.
On tap at Proof. Blackish pour, tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, cocoa. Tastes are a mix of the sweet and bitter chocolate. Little herbal note. Pretty good. Was toward the end of the night... will have to try again. 7.2 jcwattsrugger (12471) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - FEB 17, 2014

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at Proof. Deep dark black pour, thick sticky khaki colored head that leaves a nice coat of lacing. Aroma is sweet with some chocolate accents, a hint of black coffee. Flavor has some decent cocoa accents, some licorice notes and a hint of eggnog in the finish. Thick, sticky mouthfeel. Had alongside the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Imperial Stout - this was a close second.
