Thick opaque brown color with creamy light brown head that lasted. Aroma is nicely roasted malt, vanilla, sweet chocolate and a touch of coffee. Taste is more of the vanilla, earthy-woody, some rum booze, and a bit of coffee as well. Mouthfeel is super creamy, well carbonated (similar to nitro) and viscous. Very damn good! On tap at Proof. Dark brown-black pour. Aroma is roasted malts and little rum. Tastes are malty, sweet vanilla. Palate was thin to medium. Rum is my bogey liquor, but this was still pretty drinkable for me. 7.0 jbruner (4809) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - NOV 8, 2013
Pours an opaque brownish black on tap with thin ring of brown lacy head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of sweet oak, vanilla and light roast. Taste follows, sweetness covers a hint of soy. Thin and surprisingly easy to drink. Wow!
