Growler from upstairs at Proof. Opaque yellow pour with a thin off-white head that disappears quickly leaving a thin ring. Visible carbonation. Aroma is sweet bread, light spice (coriander?), orange peel. Tastes are stronger spice backed up nicely with sweet citrus, floral, belgian yeast. Just a slight hint of tartness. Well balanced. Oily, but lively texture.
Pours a medium haze, kinda pale yellow/orange color with good pinkish white head that holds pretty well. Nice thick collar. Aroma is coriander and clove with some citrus and a touch of kumquat/apricot. Taste is similar to aroma. Nice light-medium body and medium-high carbonation.PorterPounder (8183) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - DEC 29, 2013

Mashed banana appearance. Medium haze. Thin white filmy head. Very fruity. Mostly dry, a little savory. Warming. Slightly peppery. Medium body, starchy mouthfeel, mellow finish. On tap, Proof, enjoyed with PorterPounder. rbrazell (1698) - Florida, USA - JUN 22, 2013
Draft at brewery. Hazy golden pour with a bubbly white head. Very fragrant, herbal flowers, coriander, very noticeable chamomile, wheat grains and touch of citrus. Sweet flavor with lots of spiciness and wheat grains. Slightly sticky. Pretty tasty.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma wheat, Belgian esters of orange and spice. Taste follows, floral middle with a nice sweet fruity ending. Very solid witbier.
