Leuchtende orange-goldene Farbe, feinporiger Schaum. Erfrischender Duft nach blumigen Hopfenaromen und Citrusfrüchten. Rezenter Antrunk, dann drängt sich die kräftige Hopfenbittere vor. Am Gaumen dicht und harmonisch. Eine feine Restsüße spielt mit edelherben Noten aus den wertvollen Hopfensorten. Im Nachhall verklingt die würzig-aromatische Bittere nur langsam. Ist Dir das Leben auch zu süß?

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120324]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Amber colour, mediumsized fluffy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral wooden and grassy hops along with some mild sweet maltyness. Flavour is strong fruity hops along with some sweet sugary and malty notes. Big bitterness in the finish.

Bottled at O’Connor’s, Uppsala. Clear amber, mid sized. Some grapefruit, but mostly sticky caramel and paper. Very sweet and sticky, soft mouthfeel and low carbonation. Paper, crystal malt and molasses. Very unpolished with low drinkability.

Bottle shared in London for Colin’s bonanza. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some lightly oxidised pale bread, citrus jam. Medium sweet flavor with bitter hay, marmalade, some grass, dry white bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and somewhat astringent on the finish, more bitter grass, oxidised mals, dry bread, rind. Poor.
