[9995-20180106] 750mL bottle. Fruity yeasty aroma. Hazy, orange red body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Oaked fruity yeast flavour. Medium-full body is quite sour. Interesting. (7/3+/7/4/15) 3.6

2018-01-07. Hazy dark orange body, hazy beige head. 3+ Aroma has big barnyard character, sweet berry fruit. Flavour is an interesting mix of barnyard and fruit, tart and kind of bitter. A little rougher overall than the aroma. Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Needs more raspberry to be a framboise really. Not as good as the best lambics but better than some. 7+/3/7/3/15-16 2015? vintage bottle courtesy of OKBeer.

July 18, 2015. Bottle at Quebec tasting, thanks for sharing!
Cloudy orange with a minimal off-white head. Aroma is some berry notes with raspberries and some cherries, light funky notes, a touch of sweat and hints of vinegar. Taste is tart berries, a bit acetic, some lemon notes with a light dry finish. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation.

Bottle 750ml. Pours hazy orange with low white head. Aroma is of fruits. Taste is of fruits, citrus, some sourness. Palate: Light-medium body. Soft carbonation. Overall: Very nice stuff. Sourness under controll.

How: Bottle (750 ml) at tasting. Thanks to kcherney for this one!

>>> A rather simple, soft and enjoyable raspberry sour but nowhere close to the real deal.

+ Delicate and easy drinking
+ The balance is good as there’s nothing overpowering but it might also simply be because there’s not much going on in there
Very simple, not much depth
Raspberries could be brighter, it’s like they didn’t put much in there
It’s another beer that souldn’t be labeled as a lambic, but as least it’s not acetic as hell
The head isn’t lasting very long over that hazy orange body

Flavors: Raspberries, herbal presence,

Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head that leaves low lacing. Nose is fruity and offers some leather and a nice level of funk. Taste is moderately acidic, fruity and offers some light but good barnyard. Body is medium, carbonation moderate and acidity is refreshing and it never feels heavy at all. Overall a nice surprise, can’t wait to taste more of that serie!

Light murky pink color, 1 finger head. Nose is medicinal, vinegar with a very healthy dosage of raspberry and cherry. Hmmm, the taste is pretty good. Nice balance of berries, malts, tart tastes. This is hard to rate. it’s a decent beer but not a lot of depth.

Bottle shared. Hazy pinkinsh orange pour with thin white head. Aroma is fruity, light raspberry, mild funk, rather authentic lambic notes. Taste is fruity, nice old raspberry flavor, lightly oxidized, leafy notes, farmy character, old hay, nice lambic notes again. Palate is light bodied with good carbonation, dry. A pleasant surprise.

pours hazy/cloudy golden pink with a small reviving white cap, nice lacing. fresh raspberries, light-medium acidity - on-the-spot, bit of acetic though; some lambic character - low-fi funk, grass, leaves, bitter herbs. average carbonation, light body, dry and tart fruity-spicy finish. probably the closest canadian concoction to lambic territory. nice!
