COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tiefschwarz.

Zlotta (3188) - Hagen / Bonn, GERMANY - MAY 27, 2017
Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at ’Mühlen Bar’, best before October 2019. Pitch black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and some dark fruits. Quite sweet, moderately roasty-malty and a bit fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, licorice and a touch of dark fruits, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly resiny finish. Medium to full body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle shared with Zlotta at Muhlen Bar, Cologne. Hazy dull golden orange with a white head. Aroma is herbal with notes of citrus, light fruits, caramel and malt. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33 cl bottle on May 20, 2017, thanks to Lea (non ratebeer). BB Dec 2019.
Black color, medaium sized brown head with a tiny hint of lacing. Malty, bread, hints of ripe banana scent, some alcohol as well. Malty, alcohol, grainy, slight roasted taste. Malty, mineral aftertaste. Fairly full mouthfeel, a tad too much CO2 though for me. Medium high dry bitterness.

Fat på Rauhrackel i Lund. Smak och doft av choklad, kaffe, lakrits, rostade malt med toner av mörk sirap och svarta plommon. Rund och len, lagom sötma, bra balans, fruktig med fin beska.

Aromat czekoladowo i ajerkoniaku/amaretto dość zaskakujący. W smaku słodko z tą samą nutą ajerkoniaku. Niezbyt typowy ris ale na pewno ciekawy. Aroma of chocolate and advocat the same in taste. Not typical ris but very interesting.

Black with thin head that fizzes out fairly quickly. There’s some alcohol in the aroma reminiscent of a liqueur chocolate. It’s bittersweet with some dark berry fruits. Finish has a touch mocca coffee.
