Poured from a bottle. Aroma is slightly malty with some caramel and crackers. Medium notes of over ripe stone fruit and pears with a light tropical fruit and citrus note. Moderate spicy and floral notes with a bit of a peppery note. Pours a hazy, slightly pale, orange with a large, pillowy white head of moderate thickness that slowly fall into itself before a thin film lingers. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity. Medium light citrus notes, orange and lemon. Some floral notes. Light spicy phenolics and a touch of plastic. Light cracker malt notes. Light banana with hints of stone fruit and pear. Some lingering fruit notes and light acidity with a dry finish. Medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but the strong phenolic Brett notes had to blow off first as the plastic notes fade. Good fruit and floral notes. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JUN 3, 2015
750, capped and waxed. Thanks, S! Pours a cloudy medium amber with bright golden edges. Loose creamy white head knocking around. Tangy citrus and mineral notes on the nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Nice minerals and tangy citrus on the mid palate with gentle floral notes, following into a minerally finish. Nice enough. Bottle - Fruity, tropical brett notes and some light herbal notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Funky, brett and herbal notes with some lemon rind. Finishes with a bit of aspirin. mcberko (18583) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 20, 2015
750mL bottle, pours a say golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of elderflower upfront, followed by some funky brett, and light zest. Flavour is nice and funky, with medium brett notes, followed by elderflower and a touch of citrus. Excellent incorporation of the elderflowers and the brett is nice and bright at this stage. Great stuff.

Une saison très céréalière avec une bonne charge de maltose et d’esters en plus du bouquet de fleurs en macération. Les bretts sont délicats et légèrement fruités et contribuent à la sécheresse fine. Drake (14062) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 3, 2015
Bottle shared at a tasting. Pours a hazy yellow with a medium sized tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of brett, dry stone fruit, bread, mild sulfur. The taste is stone fruit, citrus, yeast, bread, floral notes, mild sulfur. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness. 300th saison rating! djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 22, 2014
Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett and floral. Medium mouth with strong brett, citrus, elderflower, very nice. mar (5436) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 31, 2014
Nice gold pour with a white head. Nose is brett, florals, earth, funky, and sour. Great palate, clean, fresh hops, florals, tart, and bright. runaway (98) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 16, 2014
Pours golden honey with a medium-rocky off-white head. Aroma is initially of brett but along with the head this disappears and turns into a grassy kriek smell. Taste is like a spicy, savory sour honey with tart apple notes. Mouthfeel has good body with a long dry bitter finish. This is possibly the first sour beer I have had that I’ve liked and I found myself thinking of the flavor repeatedly in the day after I had it.
