Draft. Pours a dark orange with a sour, yet spicy aroma. There is so much going on with this one. Really grainy. A bit of a wheat finish. A lot of herb flavor and spice. This one was different for sure. Not bad. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 30, 2014
On tap at Saraveza, pours a dark orange amber with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a unique mix of grains, along with Belgian yeast. Flavour is unusual, with a weird mix of cereal grains, farmhouse notes and earthiness. Well-balanced, with a grainy, earthy, funky finish. Great stuff. pdx77 (1483) - Oregon, USA - MAR 29, 2014
On draught at Saraveza for the 2014 Portland Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival. Amber golden color. Rustic aroma of spicy herbs, bark, oat, and a forest. Taste is a plethora of grains, sweet pitted fruit, rustic spicing, and yeast. Finishes with a pleasing blend of herbs, sweet malt, and light tart yeast.
