Our Hell full beer impresses with its well-balanced character. Mild and gently shines in Antrunk it in a bright straw-yellow, and boasts a flavor intensity. The richly distinctive Malzaromen connected with a bitter hop note the Eagle Mountain make it the epitome of a full beer Hell domestic premium beer.

TEJA (3262) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 8, 2017
Sampled at the brew pub. Very nice white head. Clear solid yellow color. Nobel hop aroma. Big nobel hop taste. No sweetness and a medium bitterness.

massingasetta (780) - München, GERMANY - JAN 27, 2016
This a great Helles that does not have too much special, but is smooth and round and just very fitting in all facetes. It has a start taste that is very old school, slightly bitter and refreshing in one. A recommendable all aorund Helles.

(bottle) clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of pale malts and floral hops, with a light hint of banana skins, some chlorine and honey. flavour is mostly the same, pale malts, straw and floral hops, slightly starchy, with a light touch of manure in the finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

My Bottom Line:
This mineral, dry and bubbly Helles offers light straw and shy hops in a clean and effective setup.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the shiny gold.
-Hop bitterness is minimal.
-Carbonation got in the way of delicate flavors here.
-This may be easy drinking, but it is also storyless, to me.
-This was not nearly as engaging as the Spital Hell a few kilometers away.

On tap at the brewery.

(Bue sur place): Paille et zestes d’agrumes sur une charpente filiforme. Très bonne mais facilement oubliable.

0,5 l bottle BB 07/14 bread, cereal, grass, herbs, golden, clear, frothy, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, slick feel, average carbonation,

Erzengel (9505) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 16, 2014
Typisch, hellgelbe Farbe, kein nennenswerter Geruch.

Bottle in Regensburg, says 5.0 ABV Yeasty, cereals, malt. Very true to type, fails to excite. Honesty and tradition is, sadly, enough.

Wanja (772) - GERMANY - MAR 26, 2013
05 l bottle from Braugasthof Adlersberg... Very clear golden color, stabile head... Very weak aroma of sweet hops... Very Mild, almost a little bit watery taste... For me too soft...

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 22, 2010
bottle. Clear golden colour, large whiote head. Slightly sourish nose. Malty base with a sour touch, resiny grassy hops. I think the bottle was infected, thus the sourness.
