Bottle at cask del Sholl in Denver. Sourced from the brewery. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white topping. Great aroma of biscuits, straw, mild grass. Light sweet flavour with beautifully rounded bready-biscuity character, subtle grassy bitterness, crunchy hay. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Crisp finish, with a clean grassy note, more biscuits and hay, pale bread. Excellent kolsch. jtclockwork (17654) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 9, 2013

Clear yellow. MALT FORWARD WITH A TOUCH OF FRUITINESS. Light but fairly crisp body. True to style, but not terribly exciting. daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 31, 2014
Gold pour, white head. Nice drinking Kolsch. Lightly grassy, some spent grain, maybe a hint of corn. Enjoyable. Fun brewery to visit. GABF brewtour thanks to MLunger! onceblind (10893) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 16, 2014
Crystal clear light gold under a thin sticky foamy head. The aroma is like a biscuity macro lager but with a cheeky fruit ester. The fruit ester plays a large role on the flavor with a hefty blonde grain and light golden toast flavor as well. Quaffable and grainy and fruity. Very delicate and nice.
