Light sweet flavourbwith dried cereal, mellow leafy bitterness, a little grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish with more toasted cereal, hints of dried caramel, a few leaves. Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. The malts are the dominant character in this beer, as it should be. The malts are slightly sweet, some graininess, hint of caramel.
