Tap @ Prost. Pours a clear dark orange appearance with a fluffy, off white head. Dry, toasty malty, cracker, light caramel, herbal grassy, a bit spicy yeasty aroma that is quite nice. Dry caramel, cracker malty, straw, hay, herbal grassy, lightly sweet, toasty malty flavor. Way less sweetness than most American made Oktoberfest beers which is definitely welcome.

Oktoberfest beers are the best and Prost Brewing got this one right. Lots of malty sweetness lightly hopped smooth easy drinking, would recommend.

Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass. Appearances: pours a 1" off white head that drops quickly with some mild lacing. Color is clear amber with little carbonation visible. Aroma: toasted malt is dominate with some floral hop notes Mouthfeel: light to medium and frothy with a somewhat dry finish. Flavor: toasted bread, caramel, some fruit notes and a lingering herbal bitterness. Overall: a pleasant Oktoberfest brew

Clear crayola orange with a frothy lacy head. Nose of earthy biscuit and honey malt. Taste was nice and dry an biscuity with subtle dry honey tones and yeasty earthy toffee. Pleasant and traditional, finely crafted and authentic-tasting.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice spicy yeast, hints of earth, some caramel, toffee, slight sour notes, with a slight biscuity note as well. Taste is a mix of earth, some slight grass, toffee, grass, finishing fairly bitter, dry and slightly yeasty. Pretty tasty.

Deep Mahogany color clear with a thin head. Nice malts and rich balance and deep Oktoberfest flavors and finish.

Caramel brown pour, fluffy white head. I loved this brewery. The people were great and I found the beers to be very tasty. This one was a tad sweet, but I had no issued drinking a full one! Rich and caramel forward, clean...yum.
