Tap @ Prost. Pours a clear dark orange appearance with a fluffy, off white head. Dry, toasty malty, cracker, light caramel, herbal grassy, a bit spicy yeasty aroma that is quite nice. Dry caramel, cracker malty, straw, hay, herbal grassy, lightly sweet, toasty malty flavor. Way less sweetness than most American made Oktoberfest beers which is definitely welcome. ogre71 (359) - Utah, USA - JAN 2, 2017
Oktoberfest beers are the best and Prost Brewing got this one right. Lots of malty sweetness lightly hopped smooth easy drinking, would recommend. onceblind (9405) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 3, 2012
Clear crayola orange with a frothy lacy head. Nose of earthy biscuit and honey malt. Taste was nice and dry an biscuity with subtle dry honey tones and yeasty earthy toffee. Pleasant and traditional, finely crafted and authentic-tasting. arminjewell (9584) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - OCT 3, 2012

Caramel brown pour, fluffy white head. I loved this brewery. The people were great and I found the beers to be very tasty. This one was a tad sweet, but I had no issued drinking a full one! Rich and caramel forward, clean...yum. PhillyCraft (7082) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 7, 2016

On tap @ Prost. Pours a clear orange color with a white head. Nutty, toasted malt nose. Sweet caramel, sweet bread, and a touch of fruit. Good malty sweetness on the flavor. Toast, bread, and nuts. Really nice chewiness. Solid. Gription79 (2886) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JAN 14, 2017
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. The malts are the dominant character in this beer, as it should be. The malts are slightly sweet, some graininess, hint of caramel.
