Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Crispy pale grains and cereal in the nose, grass and straw. Light sweet flavour with spot-on grassy bitterness, crisp cereal and pale bread, nips of lemon rind, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more crispy pale bread, biscuits, grass and straw. Excellent pils. slowrunner77 (12594) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 2, 2017
Clear straw color with a light grain forward aroma and flavor with a bit of a bitter earthy spicy hop bite at the end. Just ok. phoner2 (47) - Racine, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 1, 2017
a wonderful German style pils, I wish these were common in Milwaukee but looks like I'll have to go to Denver to find one. wlajwl (7013) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUN 16, 2017
Aroma is husky malts and German lager yeast. The flavor is husky malts, fruit/citrus and a spicy hop finish. monkeychugg55 (1105) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - MAY 14, 2017
Clear golden with a foamy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is bready, slightly crackery German pils malt, with some floral and spicy hops. The flavor is similar with a decent amount of bitterness.

Clear golden at their brewery. Light head and lacing. Everything a pilsener should be....crisp,, clean, bitter. Notes of hay, toast, hops, Bill Becker (1370) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - OCT 12, 2016
Light gold pour with a finger of foam that leaves lacing behind.
Noble hops crispness in the smell with some bready malt notes.
Unmistakable noble hops zing with light bread that personifies the style to a T.
As German a Pils as one can get in the US, imho. Skinnyviking (9675) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 5, 2016
